At Crushed Raspberry Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and would like you to extend the life of the product as much as you can.

Printed Canvas Bags: Can be Handwashed or Machine Washed

           Hand Washing:

• Brush and shake off any loose dirt or crumbs from the bag. 

• Fill a basin with cool water and add a small amount of eco-friendly washing detergent. 

• Soak the bag in the water for at least 10 minutes. 

• Gently rub any stains with a soft sponge or fabric brush in a circular motion. 

• Rinse the bag thoroughly with clean, cool water until all detergent is removed. 

• Allow the bag to dry naturally by hanging it up, avoiding wringing. 
  
  Machine Washing (If Necessary):

• Turn the bag inside out to protect the printed design. 

• Wash on a delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water. 

• Use a mild detergent, avoiding bleach and fabric softener. 

• Air dry the bag to preserve its shape and durability. 
  
  Ironing (If Necessary):

• If the bag has become wrinkled during washing or drying, you can use a low-heat iron to gently press out any creases. 

• Iron the bag inside out to avoid direct contact between the iron and any printed or decorated surfaces. 
  
  General Tips:

• To keep your printed design looking bold, washing is not recommended. 

• Canvas bags are durable and sturdy, making them a great choice for 'everyday use'.

Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items are on their way.

We use Royal mail 1st class delivery or Tracked 48 hours, within a 'Biodegradable Bag' or recyclable packaging. This protests the contents whilst thinking about sustainability.

*FREE delivery is to ONE UK address. If your purchase is to be delivered to more than ONE address, you will be advised & charged accordingly for the other addresses requested.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to items being made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds on products. 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was faulty.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
