We strive to keep our shipping costs reasonable and transparent to ensure a positive customer experience.
UK Delivery:
Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items are on their way.
Europe & International Delivery:

We use Royal mail 1st class delivery or Tracked 48 hours, within a 'Biodegradable Bag' or recyclable packaging. This protests the contents whilst thinking about sustainability.* We use the Full Address including the POSTCODE that you provide and can't be held responsible if the details you provide are incorrect.
*FREE delivery is to ONE UK address. If your purchase is to be delivered to more than ONE address, you will be advised & charged accordingly for the other addresses requested.
RETURNS POLICY:
At Crushed Raspberry Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your products, contact us.
Returns and Refunds
Due to items being made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds on products.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
