• Size of Insert = 46cm x 46cm - this size makes the filled cushion fuller & plump and lends impact to any area it is placed.

Printed Cushion Covers:

**Before washing, turn the cushion cover inside out to protect the image from rubbing against other clothes & surfaces**​

• Cold Water; Wash with cold water (30°C or lower) to prevent image & details from fading or deteriorating over time. 

• Gentle Cycle; Use a delicate or gentle cycle on your washing machine to minimise friction. 

• Mild Detergent; Use a mild detergent, as harsher detergents can cause the ink to fade or discolour. 

• Avoid Bleach and Fabric Softener; Avoid using bleach and fabric softener, as they can damage the print and fabric. 

• Wash with Like Colours; Wash with similar colours to prevent color bleeding. 

• Avoid Overloading the Washer; Overloading the washer can cause the print to rub against other clothes and potentially damage it. 

Drying:

• Air Dry: The best way to dry printed cushion covers is to hang them up to air dry. 

• DO NOT Tumble Dry - This may cause the prints to fading or cracking. 

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Avoid storing cushion covers in direct sunlight, as this can cause the image to fade.  Ironing (If Necessary):

• If the cover has become wrinkled during washing or drying, you can use a low-heat iron to gently press out any creases. 

• Iron the cover inside out to avoid direct contact between the iron and any printed or decorated surfaces.

UK Delivery: Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items are on their way. 

💌**FREE UK delivery** We use Royal mail 1st class delivery or Tracked 48 hours, within a 'Biodegradable Bag' or recyclable packaging. This protests the contents whilst thinking about sustainability. * We use the Full Address including the POSTCODE that you provide and can't be held responsible if the details you provide are incorrect.

*FREE delivery is to ONE UK address. If your purchase is to be delivered to more than ONE address, you will be advised & charged accordingly for the other addresses requested.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was faulty.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
