UK Delivery:
Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward. We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items are on their way.

We use Royal mail Tracked 48 hours, within a 'Biodegradable Bag' or recyclable packaging. This protests the contents whilst thinking about sustainability.

*FREE delivery is to ONE UK address -  If your purchase is to be delivered to more than ONE address, you will be advised & charged accordingly for the other addresses requested.

Returns and Refunds:
Due to our products being 'Printed to Order', we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 
 

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please take photos as proof of packaging and the item enclosed within and we will review the information you provide 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
